THOMPSON St Albans restaurant opened its doors for the first time in November 2013, led by Phil Thompson, Head Chef and Owner, alongside his fiancée, Marianne.  This independent, family run, award-winning restaurant offers fine dining, in a relaxed and friendly environment.

Thompson’s St Albans required a clean, fresh approach to their website to celebrate their new gastronomy award. Taking control, we instructed that new photography was required, so a days shoot was set up and Phil and his team worked tirelessly creating his new dishes for the season.

The approved style brings the dishes to life. Lighting was essential for this shoot, the delicate ambiance keeps it focused purely on the dish.
